Statuario Venato

Statuario Venato is one of the most prestigious white marbles from the Carrara quarries of Italy. Carrara marble mining dates back to ancient Roman times, and for over two thousand years, it has been the material of choice for the world's finest sculptors and architects. Michelangelo's David was carved from Carrara marble.

Statuario Venato is characterized by its bright, pure white background adorned with delicate and elegant grey veining, with some varieties featuring subtle gold tones. In terms of physical properties, Statuario Venato has an excellent dense structure with a density of 2.7 g/cm³, water absorption of only 0.2%, and compressive strength of up to 130 MPa.
