Curbstones and Kerbs

Granite road curbing, drop kerbs, radius curbs and garden edging cut to standard and custom profiles with flamed non-slip faces.

Curbstones — also called kerbs, curbs or edging stones — separate roads from sidewalks and hold the edge of driveways, paths, flower beds and landscaping. We cut them in granite, the material municipalities and contractors choose because it absorbs almost no water, survives frost and de-icing salt, and keeps its shape after years of traffic.

We supply the common standard profiles: straight curb stones in the usual road kerb dimensions, radius curbs for corners, drop curbs and crossover kerbs for vehicle access, plus flat garden edging. Tops and edges can be left sawn, bullnosed or chamfered to your specification, and faces are available with a flamed or bush-hammered non-slip finish. Custom lengths, heights and colors — grey, black, white and red granite — are all cut to order, so odd layouts and heritage-style street work are not a problem.

Orders ship on pallets or in crates, bundled by size for easy site handling, and we regularly export full containers for municipal and developer projects.
