Porcelain Wall Cladding — 18mm Exterior Facade Tiles in Stone & Wood Looks
Full-body vitrified porcelain facade tiles: polished, soft-honed and matte, frost-proof and never sealed
Large-format Exterior wall cladding in 18mm porcelain, polished, honed and matte in marble, granite, travertine and wood looks. Lightweight panels, zero sealing and easy ventilated install, export packed.
What Is Porcelain Wall Cladding?
Porcelain wall cladding consists of large-format, full-body vitrified porcelain slabs made to face exterior walls. Pressed and kiln-fired above 1,200°C, they reproduce the veining of marble, the speckle of granite, the pitted character of travertine and the grain of timber in a slab whose pattern and color run all the way through — so a chipped corner or cut edge never exposes a different body. Developed from the same 20mm exterior-paver technology, the 18mm facade format brings stone looks to building envelopes without the weight, sealing and cost of natural stone.
- Full-body vitrified porcelain — pattern and color run through the tile
- Polished, soft-honed, matte and textured finishes
- Marble, granite, travertine, sandstone and wood looks
- Water absorption below 0.5% — frost-proof and stain-proof
- Lighter than natural stone slabs for easier facade design
- Never sealed, waxed or re-finished — zero upkeep
Key Performance Specs
Our porcelain facade tiles absorb less than 0.5% water, are frost-proof through repeated freeze-thaw cycles and never require sealing. The full material, thickness, finish and size table follows below; for choosing the right product for patios and ground surfaces, see our porcelain pavers buying guide.

Sizes, Thickness & Finishes
The standard facade format is 600x1200mm (24x48 in), a large slab size that minimizes joints and reads as continuous stone across a wall. Thickness centers on the 18mm full-body slab — rigid enough for ventilated fixing systems yet light compared with 30mm (1 1/4 inch) natural stone. Rectified edges keep grout lines narrow and architectural.
Finishes cover the full design range: polished mirror faces for black, white and granite looks; soft-honed for travertine and wood-vein warmth; and matte, rough-matte, matte-granular and matte-mold textures for limestone, sandstone and ribbed stone effects. Custom digital murals print full-height artwork directly onto the slab for feature walls.
Where to Use Porcelain Cladding
Ventilated facade systems. On mid-rise residential and commercial buildings, porcelain slabs clip or bond to aluminum sub-frames as a rainscreen. Low water absorption keeps the envelope stable through freeze-thaw, and the light slabs place less dead load on the frame than granite or marble.
Villa and residence exteriors. Polished Carrara and absolute black deliver high-end stone looks for entrance elevations, boundary walls and columns, while wood-look sandalwood planks warm outdoor living walls. Matching porcelain pavers from the same factory allow facade and paving to be ordered in one project shipment.
Feature walls and water features. Black Galaxy and digital mural slabs make dramatic statement walls; the non-porous surface sits safely behind fountains and pool water features where porous stone would stain or grow algae.
Factory Direct: Ordering for Wholesale & Project Specifiers
As a Fujian manufacturer selling direct, we produce the full 55-color cladding range with polished, soft-honed, matte and textured finishes, plus custom digital murals to project design. Facade orders are cut and rectified to specification, packed in project crates and containerized for site delivery; wholesalers and contractors routinely combine wall cladding with our 20mm porcelain pavers, pool coping and steps in a single shipment.
When you request a quote, provide the color or APEX1218 code, finish, slab size, square-meter quantity and fixing system, plus the destination port. We recommend sample panels first to review finish and veining, and we plan production batches so color stays consistent across the full elevation.
